October 23, 2020 I don't. I can remember emotions, but not specifics and can't tell a story. I can understand, deeply, the larger picture, but couldn't explain to you why though I'd read all about it. I can't remember whole vacations, hospital incidences, conversations... but my saving grace is when I write a poem about what happened, I can remember what happened! I often wonder if I was born with a poor memory or whether this is the result of taking medications for schizophrenia in 1977.
Bipolar diagnosed readers, what's your memory like?
